Making Decisions

Identify the problem is accepting the consumer request to create 40 farming product. Gather information and list possible alternatives is accepting and do it your self, refuse the order/request, share this job with my friend. Consider the consequences of each alternative is takes a lot of time but can't finish at all, takes a lot of time but finally i can finish it,lost customers,revenue is reduces due to sharing with friend but i can finish it. Select the best course of action is share this job with my friend. Evaluate the result is it reduce my works, give a chance to my friend by sharing the project,save my time.
